The Walking Dead Writing Staff Fired

The Walking Dead, quite possibly my favorite show of all time, is getting ready for it’s season 1 finale this weekend. But behind the scenes of the show executive producer Frank Darabont has let go of the show’s entire writing staff, hopefully none were fired with head-shots, including  Charles H. Eglee the genius behind Dexter and The Shield.

Apparently he wants to move into the newly contracted second season without a set staff of writers and rely on himself to do each episode and if he feels he needs to bring in freelance writers. Apparently he wrote 2 of this seasons and Walking Dead comic book creator Robert Kirkman wrote another.

What does this mean? Who cares! Just keep bringing us those sweet-sweet headshots!
