I wonder what my sexy human meat tastes like should for some reason the Zeds actually get me? Not that I’d actually try my own meat, I just want to know for scientific purposes. I wish there was a test of some kind that I could take that would tell me… Oh wait… Over at Recipestar there is one!
According to the short test… I would most likely taste like mesquite beef! Wanna actually taste my man meat? Here’s a delicious recipe for Mesquite Beef Brisket that I’ve made several times and may I say… I tasted delicious!
8 lbs. of beef brisket
15 cloves peeled garlic
1/4 c. Greek Style seasoning
Take the brisket and make deep cuts into the meat but not all the way through. Place the peeled garlic into the cuts. Generously sprinkle the Greek Seasoning over the meat.
Place a piece of mesquite wood over hot coals (they should look gray in color).
Place the brisket fat side down onto the hot grill for 2 hours, making sure not to turn it during this time.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Take the meat and wrap tightly several times in heavy duty aluminum foil and palce on a cookie sheet in the oven for 2 more hours.
Once this is done remove the meat from the oven and allow it to sit (still in its foil) and cool for 30-60 mintues allowing the juices to absorb and the meat to firm up. Slice and enjoy!
